The services offered might include diagnostic evaluation, medical, psychiatric, psychological, social service care, and referral services that may be extended to an individual who is or appears to be incapacitated. “Administrator” means a person having the authority and responsibility for operation of a residential substance use disorder (“SUD”) service program and serves as the contact for communication with the Director of Health Facility Licensure and Certification.
